"First of all, I would give them negative 5 stars if I could. They are incredibly expensive, incompetent, and unprofessional. They talk to you all nice on the phone and in person, then they take you for as much as they can. They are the reason mechanics get the stereotype. My car blew its motor 40 miles after I got it back from them. Why I turned it into them was because it would not start. They called and said it was the fuel pump. Then they "changed" the crank sensor without my approval. Then they called and said the motor was making a loud noise. It was a terminal knock which the car had never made before. They charged me $1100 and my vehicle was destroyed. The owner refused to give me a partial refund after I let him know engine blew after 40 miles. IF YOU ARE READING THIS YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED."

"NOT A BOGUS REVIEW, STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! Very disappointed to say the least. They gave me a price of and oil change for my exact truck and size engine. When I showed up to pay for it the price was double, that’s even with a 25 dollar off coupon. I was told sorry that’s not my problem from the guy at the counter. Definitely, not a great way to do business. Especially after you’re told a price over the phone when I told them make of vehicle and engine size. Edit: I was clear with them on truck and engine size and they quoted me a price, they knew what I had. They messed this up and now the owner keeps making himself look bad by his replies. Also sends me and invoice of my last oil change which only cost 2 dollars less than this trip. So much for there false 25 dollars off. So only after 30 minutes after this review the owner himself has texted me and told me never to return. Such a wonderful guy, it just goes to show you what kind of a business this guy runs. Also told me he fires customers like me haha, what a joke. So much for his employees quoting me what the price would be after the 25 dollar off coupon. If only half of his quick replies and snarky comments went into customer service, he’d probably be able to retain customers. I advise anyone to go else where for their auto services. I wish I could share pictures of this jerks texts messages."

"I have been going to Joe's Auto since he started, working out of an old gas station garage. He always has a good team working for him, and I have always felt that they are treating me fairly and doing a good job. I just like having a place for our cars that I know I can trust."

"I just don't understand the lack of Common Sense over here. My first time coming here I brought my fiance's Toyota in for a tire repair. They tried to charge me. I had to argue with them about their own tire warranty and that it should be free. Of course they honored it. But only after I had to argue. So I thought that was a little fishy. For some reason I decided to come back for an oil change. I got a coupon in the mail. I made an appointment several days in advance. Let them know that I would be waiting on it and not dropping off. When I showed up they told me it would be several hours and tried to schedule me for the next day. I had already driven 20 minutes to this location for the oil change. Their lack of courtesy by not calling me and telling me that they don't have time to do it today was unacceptable. Avoid this place like the plague. You will be sorely disappointed if you shop here"
