"Tom, Founder and managing partner of Rain and Shine Insurance is a very difficult agent to work with. He often times does not respond to any communication both phone calls or text. I communicated to Tom of wanting to add an umbrella policy in June and therefore my auto policy needed to change as well to accommodate the policy. It was after several phone calls and text reminders did he make the change, and the change occured after the renewal date. When the car insurance policy change, the umbrella policy was never set up. I had to find this out while looking on the website. So after 2 months from notifying him of the change was it set up, all the while having to hear the stories why it was not set up. I referred my daughter to this insurance company as well, eventually she got fed up of the lack of communication and move agencies. I would highly NOT recommend to use of this insurance company due to the lack of communication, the lack and urgency of customer service and the unprofessionalism modes of communication."
