"Could not agree with the rest of the of reviews more. Wish that I could leave 0 stars. The communication could not have been worse. In early December, I was assured by an employee of RWS that a check for $2,000 was being sent that week. After not receiving it for a month and calling the company everyday for over a week straight, I was told only $1,000 was approved. No one would answer my calls for assistance and they said someone else had emailed and called stating their policy and I had received nothing. Stay far away from using this company for a home warranty!!!!!!!!!"

"This has to be the absolute worst home warranty company there is. You can call and call and wait on indefinite hold and then you can request a call back that you will never get. If you waited on them before contacting a contractor you’d be waiting for ever. I called last week regarding a leak with the washing machine and still no one has called to start the claim. They told me “don’t hire a contractor until someone calls to initiate the claim”…..if I waited on them I would have paid alot in fees at the laundry mat which would be more then the cost to fix the washing machine….i had called regarding a leak under the sink months ago and never heard a thing back…..do yourself a favor and find another home warranty company. This one has to be the worst!!!"

"This is the worst company ever, I will not renew my policy with them. I filed a claim 6 weeks ago and the technician they recommended came out, I paid my deductible. The repair company send work order to Residential Warranty Services on November 1st and they have yet to respond. I have made 4 calls constantly being told my call will be escalated and still no word. At this point I just want my deductible back and my policy payment for this month and we can part ways. This company is no good do not bother getting a policy with them because you will regret it."

"this has to absolutely be one of the worst companies of all time. Our house has a warranty from this company. We live in Chicago, and it is 18 degrees outside. Our furnace went out over a week ago and they have not assisted in getting any technician out here. They have told us to not do any work or pay for any work because they might not pay us any money that the warranty says they will cover. They say it could take over a week to get someone to look at it and we need to sit and be patient. They don’t care it’s unbearable to be in the home. They don’t care we are new home owners and are tight on money and relying on this warranty. They do not care it’s below 20. They do not care our house is 30 degrees. They don’t care our pipes might freeze or our dogs might get ill. We keep getting told a “mr.Arnold” will speak to us but no one has reached out. We call and email multiple times a day. They just have us jump through hoops or tell us to call back the next day or say someone will reach out. No one has reached out yet.People just tell us we need to wait and be patient. This is absolutely unacceptable. They are handcuffing us telling us not to do work but saying we need to wait over a week. It’s inhumane. Do not buy a warranty from them. Do not trust a warranty if you are buying a house that someone has purchased a warranty from this company. This is a terrible company. AVOID AT ALL COSTS"
