"The best hometown, professional and made us feel like family! Best prices on automobiles and extended warranty! Timothy, our sales representative knows how to treat people with respect and kindness, taking time to my daughter in law many different automobiles that she had questions about because her husband ( my son) is in the US Air Force and could not be there to help her decide. It was like Timothy was her uncle and he made her feel comfortable describing about the different autos. He explained what repairs they had made to each vehicle so they would be in the best, trustworthy condition as possible. Nikolai, the finance manager is also the best in the business. Explained all the paperwork with respect, kindness and honesty. These guys made us feel like family! We will definitely be back!"

"Bottom line: we paid over 800 dollars out of pocket NOT to buy a car here. Not upfront and moments of deceitfulness. Felt taken advantage of. Pictures and videos of the pre-purchase inspection report are attached. The details: We had our eyes on a Mazda SUV for a few weeks. It wasn’t selling and they kept reducing the price. Was listed at 16,750 when we went in. Looked like a good deal and had a clean Carfax. We wanted to buy the car and were ready to pay cash for it on the spot. We checked the car carefully ourselves and found some minor issues. I felt uncomfortable that this dealership doesn’t offer a dealer warranty on the engine and transmission like my dealership up North does. We set up a pre-purchase inspection from a third party. Carmel Auto Gallery asked us to put down a $500 non-refundable deposit so that they could hold the car for us in order to complete the pre-purchase inspection ($300). Was told by Joe that the $500 would go toward the purchase of the car, and if the inspection came back with an irreparable defect, we could get the deposit back and move on. Nick had me sign a paper about the deposit. I realized after that he didn’t give me a copy, so I can’t upload it or check the fine print. The inspection found the underbody “very rusty” and both the front sway bar links were broken. I was shocked that they would try to sell the car at this price with so much rust on the bottom. My dad was shocked that they would try to sell the car with those broken sway bar links and he strongly advised me against this purchase. This gave me a negative impression of the dealership and I was frustrated that they weren’t more upfront with me before we put down a deposit and spent that money on the inspection. I don't want to pay over 18,000 for an 8 year old vehicle with a "very rusty underbody." I went in to ask for the deposit back, but they claimed that they already did work on the car for us, so we couldn’t get the deposit back. I wasn’t there during the conversation, but was told that Carmel Auto Gallery and my husband made an agreement that they would do work on the car and that we would go through with the purchase. My husband isn’t a native speaker and just came to this country for the first time 2 weeks ago. All I know is my husband did not understand this “agreement” the same way Carmel Auto Gallery did and there is no paperwork explaining what my husband was agreeing to. I had no knowledge of this “agreement” until I went back to the dealership to ask for the deposit back. The salesman Nick informed me about the “agreement” for the first time. He raised his voice at me, twisted everything we said to pin fault on us, threw our inspection papers across the desk at us, and commanded me to follow through with “our agreement.” My husband was utterly shocked at his behavior and rude manners. Absolutely no reason we couldn't have talked it out calmly and respectfully. After hours of talking it through with Carmel Auto Gallery staff, the best they could do for us was to “transfer our deposit” to another vehicle as long as we found another vehicle within 24hrs. I already had a terrible impression and found myself in a tough position. On top of that, it felt like they used our unfortunate situation to pin us to the wall and force us to buy another vehicle from them. I swallowed my pride and attempted to find another deal and not lose that 500. We came back in and spent hours looking at other cars. Couldn’t find something good within 24hrs. Decided it was best not to be pressured into a bad deal, so we walked away and lost the 800. Very sad and disappointed. Response to owners: We followed the guidelines of the deposit perfectly and got our inspection done at the nearest available schedule (within 7 days as agreed). Turning away customers while we were getting the inspection was the agreement of the deposit, not your loss. We always kept our appointment times, tho our sales person didn't. Just bc your business is run by immigrants, who are you to dictate what my hb did or didn't understand? Very inappropriate."

"This was hands down the best car buying experience I have ever had. Not only are the staff here attentive, they actually listen to what you're saying instead of waiting for a turn to talk. My salesman, Mustafa, was no pressure and made me feel very comfortable. He treated me like a person instead of just another sale. I've also never seen a dealership work so quickly and still give you a good deal. I will recommend Carmel Auto Gallery to anyone I know who is looking for a car. I will also be watching their inventory just in case I find myself wanting a second car. If you're shopping for a car, check them out. It is a different experience from other dealerships and I'm sure you'll enjoy it."

"Nick was AWESOME to work with! I had actually had an appointment at another dealership and ended up not purchasing. I decided to check this place out on a whim since I was in the area, and within 90 minutes, I was out the door in my new [to me] car. Buying a car is so stressful, and this whole process was honestly so quick and painless. I got everything I wanted, and I am so happy with my purchase!"
