"I came into the dealership and paid cash for a 2006 corvette with 49k miles on it, less than 12 hours later I’m on the side of the road stranded after the harmonic balancer went out. Had to have the car towed home and since it was Sunday, the dealership wasn’t open. We found paperwork in the vehicle where the harmonic balancer was replaced and contacted Carmel Auto Group and spoke with the manager who refused to help us with the issue or take the car back or help us remedy the issue or stand by the car they sold me. They only offered to fix it if I paid for it to get fixed. I planned on buying another vehicle, but it will not be at this dealership after they refused to make this right."
