"Manager got mad at me for his stupidity and couldn’t even fix my order instead he cursed me out and hung the phone on me and wont answer my calls. This happened on 2/28/2024 around 2pm so let this be a warning and avoid this location with this dumb freaking manager"
"I get short staffed. I ordered food with couon codes. I should of paid 39.98 according to app. They messed up all our food nothing was right only one of 3 coupons applied and now no one will answer. Out of 3x I ordered there is nothing that's been right. Never order to go ir drive thru it won't be right. 2 whopper meals for 13.99 was charged 22.30. Absolutely ridiculous you can't get food right anytime from this place"
"Just sat in drive thru for over 20 minutes to not get to order and be told to have to go back through the line, this place is a joke anymore. Love burger kings food but they just lost my business and seems like thisnis the service they offer at most locations in the area now."
"If I Could Give A Zero I Would. I ain’t never been to a fast food restaurant and received the service I did today. The bad part the manager was there and didn’t come to say sorry or nothing for the way his workers talked to me. The worker that was at the window 2 was nasty and disrespectful. After I Pulled Off And Starting eating my food I ask for my food to fresh when I ordered and it was not but the way I was treated I didn’t even want to turn around or call. I visit this Burger King often and this place has went down hill and customers service. I know for a fact you don’t treat customers disrespectfully as I work for Burger King when I was younger and have plenty of family that has or do still work for Burger King. I will never support this business again after today."
