"Unfortunately the food wasn't great. (There were some partially black fries, my tomato on sandwhich was green and pink from not being ripe, the frosty iced coffee i ordered was almost black and had very little syrup or cream, they didnt give me a straw). The driver thru people that I encountered came across as either having a bad day or negative even though they weren't very busy at that time. I love Wendy's but do not recommend this location."
"Clearly asked for my food to be made fresh...the fries were perfect yet my spicy nuggets were hard and tasted like they had been sitting for 20+mins. This isn't the first time I've had this issue whenever the female night manager is on shift...I don't think she truly cares about the customer service/quality‼️"
"Food was not served in a timely manner, and was cold upon being received. I ordered a frosty, and the manager rolled her eyes at me. She was .ore interested in scrolling through her phone than actually working. Definitely do not ppan on coming back with that manager there."
"12-8-23 Drive thru dude was rude and on his phone. There was a little girl about the age of 7 or 8 walking in the food prep area with the employee's wrapped walking around a blanket. What was worse **The older gentleman was pulling a trash can around than grabbed Frozen chicken patties with his bear hand *No gloves* & put so many to cook. This place needs BETTER MANAGEMENT & BETTER SERVICE"
"So I sat in the curbside spot for 20 minutes, before I decided to go inside. They weren't even busy. I asked if they even had curbside, I heard a yes and a no. They said their grill was down and it'd be another 10 minutes. Then as I was getting ready to walk out the asked if I did an online order, I did and it was pre paid. They were like here's your food. I asked how long it had been sitting there after they stated they managed to salvage my order before the grill issue. Guy stated a couple of minutes. I wasn't offered a drink or anything for waiting that long just to go inside and pick up my order and do their job. Also I live less than a mile away. They food was cold and gross."
