"This by far is the worst McDonald's in Fort Wayne Indiana. I would've given it 0 stars, but i had to give 1 star to review. I just left there the drive thru was packed. I tried to go in, was met by a sign saying the lobby is closed for today. It's 2pm how is this possible. Buyer beware don't go to any other McDonald's but this one."

"Went through drive thru and ordered our food and was never told the total. They took my card and still never told me my total. Please train your crew better."

"This is the 1st time I've had hot food from any McDonald's it makes a world of difference in taste. The burgers taste mealy and void of favor. Not this time. I'm going to ask for hot burgers from here on!"

"corporate needs to do something about this place… everytime I go here i’m missing something and everytime I try to retrieve what i’m missing they give me issues about it. the employees and managers are all insanely rude and on a power trip. it’s mcdonald’s. give me my fries if i’m missing my fries. they act like they’re losing a million dollars, maybe just do your jobs right? and closing lobby at 6pm when your website says 11pm because you’re too busy? grow up"

"Went to do curbside. Waited over 30 mins. Called to ask if they forgot an got yelled at. Then went in because I couldn’t wait anymore I have a form of leukemia an sitting in my car hurts my bones if sitting long periods of time. I had to walk in an asl for it. It was just sitting on a warmer slushy an other cold drinks. Waking in I had on clothing I’ve worn for 2 days once again I have cancer! I hurt myself getting back into my car because it’s hard for me to walk. It was embarrassing to walk in an be judged by my appearance! So to the employees an other customer think twice before judging someone! On top of it all employees walked out numerous other peoples orders for mine was just sitting there and they could’ve walked it out. Overall, it could’ve been easily avoided when I called to speak to an employee.! I understand the employees are under stress, but there’s no excuse for this behavior!!!!! Thankfully, my child is understanding why her slushy was completely thawed and her burger was ice cold! But still non the less could have been completely avoidable! Also this is a fyi to others like I said DONT judge others based off what u see of them! They could be literally fighting for their life while trying to be a mother an putting their child’s wants needs ahead of their own because it’s not their fault their mother is severely ill an she tried to hide that fact from her children."
