"April is absolutely Amazing and Natalie is Awesome, but she has relocating to Florida and she will be missed! However they do have the Best Staff! Sam has joined the Crew and is Outstanding! Always a Superb Atmosphere and Sports on every Television! Caters to Bears, Bulls, Blackhawks, Sox and Cubs as well as out of market Games for all fans! Superb Pizza!"
"Stopped in 12/6/23 around 8pm for drinks.. Sheesh! Cant remember the last time I’ve experienced a more piss poor interaction with a bartender.. Asked for debit cards upfront & kept them without asking if I even wanted to keep a tab open, very classy lol! I personally don’t look for long conversations with bartenders, etc.. but a ‘hey how’s it going’ will suffice to let me know you appreciate my patronage. Not a single greeting. Ambience in this place is amazing, nice set up, but definitely would recommend some customer service training for the night shift.. I’m a very very generous tipper, I’m a business owner myself & understand the grind, but I refuse to be treated second rate and pay “gratuity”. Do better, the potential is there, don’t let an hourly bring these types of reviews to your establishment."
"Was under whelping. We went for drinks after a birthday dinner so we could sit and chat. Took a while for someone to take our order. Then it took a while for someone to check on us, and finally, I gave my card to the server after she told me our amount, and we had to go find her for my card back.. they weren't busy, but apparently, it was more important to engage with only the male regulars."
"My drink was very good. My husband loved his Philly Burger. I was a bit dissatisfied with my Lake Perch dinner. The breading needed some flavor and the fries needed to be cooked a bit more. Plus you should always give lemons with fish The inside was a bit dark, but the waitress was willing to move us outside. A plus for that. We will come back. We came back and the food was okay. Very limited selection no longer a cook at the business."
"I went to Marko's on a Saturday night. The bar was not too busy. The establishment was clean.The bartender was very nice. We ordered a few margaritas & they were good. We enjoyed the drinks on the patio while watching the cars go by. We had an enjoyable time."
