"Came in for coffee and snacks on my way into work on 1/25/24 at about 10:30pm and the long haired guy working was clearly high on something. Nodding out for a solid 5 minutes while I and another customer tried talking to him and get his attention. When he finally snapped out of it he was extremely rude as if we were in the wrong for interrupting his nodding. Couldnt believe what I was seeing. Hope the guy gets help."

"It's always feel like an inferno and hot oven / sauna in here. Obviously management is too cheap to put on the air conditioning when it's muggy and warm. Very unpleasant! I don't want to sweat like a pig just waiting in line to pay for my items. This isn't Thailand or a third world country. It's 2023, put on the air conditioning for God sakes! Plus, only one cashier at peak times to handle all the customers is not sufficient. Have to wait 15 minutes just to buy lotto and soda pop...while sweating in the mugginess."
"They most definitely have made major improvements to the store. It looks nice and they’ve added a lot more items to their store, which is nice, but they’ve also changed their machinery around their coffee machines a really different and I find myself helping the elderly people learn how to use the machines to dispense their coffee and they are 90% of the time out of creamer or they’re out of straws lids"
