"Very poor customer service experience. The Manager laynea is not helpful to customers having an issue with a cashier.Laynea handled the situation poorly and very disrespectful, manager and both cashier’s are all very rude. I will contact corporate. Cashiers and manager were laughing at the situation with another customer that was behind me. very unprofessional. It’s disgusting to how they treat customers. Especially if you’re not from the area."

"This Burlington is a larger location than most other Burlington stores in the surrounding area. A large selection of mostly mall brands are available here. This store offers various household items. Hopefully, Burlington will get more Nike, Air Jordan, Mitchell & Ness, and other active lifestyle brands in the coming seasons. The store is fairly clean and organized given its size and current staff shortage issues. Most employees are friendly here."
"Very poor customer service experience. The Manager Alana is not helpful to customers patronizing this company regularly. Do away with the rude bald African American lady name Cherry . I was unable to make a purchase or exchange and refund due to Cheri combative delivery. I will contact corporate. I have receipts and I’m a loyalty member. They do not follow policy at this store . Cashiers are theifs and liars ."
"Very Very Very poor customer care. We got few items from the store and after coming home realized they charged for extra shoe which we never got, so we went back to store for clarification and refund. The store manager was so rude, she didn't want to give a refund for extra item unless we get all other stuff back. The lady who check us out remember that we only got 4 pairs of shoe, but charged us for 5 by mistake but the store manager wouldn't help us at all and ask us to leave the store or she will call police... when we went back to the store with all items to return, she stopped us at the door and asked us to leave the store...we called police right away and with the prompt help from Novi Police we got in the store and returned all the stuff and got full refund..... so bad experience and unnecessary headache, one less store to visit in future for sure....."
