"This review is looooooong overdue but necessary. I've been a patron for years, even longer than most of their employees. The staff, unfortunately, needs significant improvement in customer service—often falling short. However, I want to acknowledge Amber and Rob for consistently delivering exceptional service—always helpful, polite, and providing excellent assistance!!! During a recent return today, the store manager Todd (who’s been there for a hot minute!) remarked, “You must have the worst luck. You’re returning things all the time.” Not only is this untrue, rude and unprofessional- but what kind of employee (& yet store manager on top of it??!!) makes comments like this?? NO ONE who should be working in the public with people. That’s for sure!!! Without the gift cards from family/friends, I might hesitate to shop here due to the subpar customer service. Considering other alternatives would be a worthwhile option."
"They had a product that I usually get from Kroger but, Kroger didn't have any and my daughter takes it for lunch.."
"Won’t go back. Especially this store in Novi Major attitude at the check out. If a good is on sale it isn’t reflective at the register. Happens all the time."
"This store is convenient for me, but I shop here frequently because the customer service is wonderful. I have gotten helpful nutritional/health supplement guidance multiple times. Register service is lovely: standouts are Danielle, who is like a ray of sunshine, and the ever-sweet Natasha with her ready smile. Top notch service is what brings me back time and time again. Highly recommend this store!"
"I stopped by to request information from someone with good experience for proper direction on products to reduce blood pressure I was told a very experienced person would be off the phone soon and could help, she did come by a few minutes later and I explained to her my blood pressure was high and what she would recommend , to make a long story short she seemed a bit edgy and her tone didn’t strike me as eager to help, I basically felt I had to answer my own questions which isn’t what I expected. The takeaway from this visit is just go in with your own research and don’t ask for help."
