"My husband ordered me a dress online for christmas, didn’t fit, and went to return it and they wouldn’t take the dress back. They stated the dress was worn, it was tried on at home like you do the store, and stated the tag had been removed, it was bought online it doesn’t have a bar code tag, we had all the receipts from the received package and online. They were extremely rude and the store was empty. I wouldn’t go back to this store if they paid me. Both the sales associate and the manager were not willing to listen, unkind, and just plain rude."

"I was shopping with my 79 year old grandmother and at checkout the salesperson asked if she would like to open a credit card. He was incredibly persistent. When I told her she shouldn’t do it he pushed back, asking “Well why shouldn’t she? She’ll save $40 right now. That’s a lot of money off her purchase.” He would not take no for an answer, confusing my old grandmother and being incredibly rude to me when I told him she doesn’t need one. Probably the most predatory salesperson I have seen. It was disgusting seeing him pick her for an easy way to get his store’s corporate quota for the day. She did not listen to me and opened a credit card. A card with $75 late fees and 25% interest by the way. Once he was done swindling her into getting the card, he picked up the socks we were buying and bought them with said credit card, not telling us what he was doing. After we had checked out our shoes on a separate transaction I asked what about the socks. It was only then did he tell us he put it on the card. I told him we’re paying the card off right now and we did. It boils my blood how much of a snake he was, not only being rude and pushing back on a no I had given him but then to hide a sale on said card until the jig was up. If I could leave a negative star review I would. If I wasn’t there with my grandmother she wouldn’t have noticed the charge and then have to pay a late fee and interest on $10 socks. Who else has he done this too? Don’t go here. Wish I knew his name so I could single him out."

"I think I just wanted to say this store should stop their mindset it's okay to wait for their customers like an half hour at a checkout. It was a Saturday night in December. I was there about 7:30 pm and looking for a pair of new shoes. When I was ready for checkout, it was two people was in front of me and one person was behind on a line. Two cashier was opened. However, both of them had to spend a longer time to take care of each customer which totally understandable if they had to and it was happened too. However, what about enter other customers? It took almost 30 mins to my turn which is not unacceptable. When it was my turn, it became a long line behind of me and not any sales associate taking any action for this condition. I think maybe because it's close to store closing time and already closed to other checkout lines, but you should better have a backup for abnormal condition instead of just keep waiting customers. When it's my turn, the cashier told me to sorry for waiting which made me feel bit better at the end. I am not intended arguing, but the store should better some prevention for avoiding waiting for customer like a half hour for just checkout. Beside at the checkout lines, the floor was unorganized and massy. It seems merchandise were overflowed at the sales floor. Many items were dropped on the floor and nobody picked it up. Not enough aisle space between the rack that made me overwhelmed and loss intended to me buy more stuff. (It just only me?) I don't know maybe it because holiday season, closer to store closing time, or short handed sales associate? I am not intend to picking up and/or blame any particular sales associate at the store., but I think it's clearly something lack of store management control. I normally like to shop at Nordstrom Rack and enjoy it because I can find a good stuff, but not this Novi store. I am not trying to put any negative comments in my Google review, but this is only think about what I can put my comment here for now. Sorry!"

"Went up to the front to get a price on something that was missing a Nordstrom Rack price. Woman at the pickup counter told me I'd have to get in a super long line just to have a price checked on a pair of earrings. Would have taken her 2 seconds to do it for me. I walked out and won't be returning."

"I went shopping there beginning of August. I was having casual conversation with the sales associate at checkout and did not notice she rang me up for a pair of 40.00 sweatpants that I didn’t purchase, nor receive. I took my receipt back into the store. Spoke with supervisor Kevin (who took 20 minutes to come to the register) about the situation. He was beyond rude! Said he’d look into it. I asked when I could expect to hear back. He said “I don’t know”. I said “can I have a roundabout timeframe”. He said “it won’t be today” and walked his arrogant self away! Now I can assure you I have no reason to lie about a 40.00 pair of sweatpants to try and get over on Nordstrom Rack and I can assure you it won’t hurt Nordstrom Rack to do the right thing and reimburse me for their employees error."
