"About a year ago I gave up using my previous pharmacy (Walgreens on 14 mile and haggerty) after constantly being treated so rudely and with disrespect, nevertheless all the times they “didn’t receive my prescription from the doctor” and I had to track it down. I tried giving them the benefit of the doubt since I’m sure the staff was understaffed and overworked but at the end of the day, it doesn’t do anything for your psyche to be constantly treated horribly when you are sick. So I switched to this Rite Aid and wow, such a night and day experience! I’ve always been treated with care from both the pharmacy and the store staff. They are always willing to answer questions or help you find something you’re looking for. But most of all, they treat you like a human with care and compassion which goes such a long way when you aren’t feeling well! Also, it’s a plus that I’ve never had long waits at the pharmacy, barely any issues with receiving prescriptions, and the Rite Aid app has been so easy to use. Anyways, whoever manages this GMB profile, please be sure to pass this along to the pharmacy and store staff to let them know my appreciation and how much it means after having such bad experiences at competitor pharmacies. Thank you!"

Pharmacy technicians were very quick in processing the forms & highly knowledgeable & very responsive. I got my vaccine in very quick turnaround time. I highly recommend this pharmacy."
