They also cleaned the chimney and repaired and cleaned the crown. Throughout, they were professional, prompt, and excellent communicators. My home was spotless when they were done. "Joe and Hannah came on time and well prepared to do all their work the same day. They worked as a team to ensure both safety and efficiency. I appreciate their attention to detail and forward thinking from them anticipating my future needs.They scraped away all the old crusty concrete and installed new concrete. They threw in a few freebies when they noticed that I had a chimney cap but had not installed it yet as well as they cleaned up very well. There was zero upselling and a genuine care to make sure that I knew how to properly and safely care for my chimney. This is a team you want on your team.
