"Edit: He did reach out to me to amend it after the review offer to fix. I just don't have the stomach to go back. I will give excuse once but twice I can't ignore. He charged 400 to work on my exhaust plex pipe even when he worked on just adding half pipe instead of replacing the entire flex pipe, which is 70$ at best . He said parts and labor included in 1yr warranty. It broke and went back sat 3 hours to get it fixed this time just charged for the part to get new one. Same part I am twice. 140 charged. After two weeks, I am at the mechanic because the gasket connecting to the flex pipe is broken, which cost just $5 to change . I am paying naothrt $100 to get it changed. What a shame."
"I called to ask if I needed an appointment to bring my car in and Sam said, “Come on in today and we’ll take a look!” Sam Jr. was there and works in the garage but is awesome at front desk and customer service. I thought I’d have to schedule a future appt but an hour for a same day fix is all they needed. I live close and this place is always busy and for good reason. They know cars, they know who comes in and out of their shop and treat their customers with kindness and hospitality, and they don’t rip you off. My mom went to Muffler Man years ago and spoke so highly of them…turns out they’ve been here for 30 years so it’s the same great people that took care of her taking care of me and my car. Customer service, quality, affordability, & kindness are high on my list and this place checked em all off. My car was ready in 40 minutes, 20 minutes quicker!! And my car is back to her quiet, smooth self! I was so impressed I had to throw a high five to Sam Jr. and a huge thank you! This place…just go to this place for your car troubles!"
"The service here was excellent, and Sam helped us out more than we could have imagined. He did a muffler delete on my Jeep Cherokee, and the work was incredible. They were super friendly and genuine and gave us a great price. I would highly recommend you come here for your needs for anything on your car."
