"I was rear-ended on I-75 in mid-September. The UAW strike and parts shortages lengthened the time for repairs, but Quality Coach has a nifty text system to keep you updated. When i picked up the newly repaired car, it looked like new! But there was an odor from the extensive work. Quality Coach took the car back for 2 days and the difference was remarkable. A valet attendant later asked how i got a "new car smell" from a 2017 Envision!"
