"Car Fix Troy has always provided me excellent service, and got me out of a pinch quite a few times. After putting off doing my brakes on my Honda Civic for months, it got to the point where they started to grind and I was not able to drive on local roads or highways. The staff was very helpful on the phone, and they got my car in right away. I dropped my car off overnight, and immediately got a call first thing in the morning when they opened. They explained everything that would need to be done on my car, and even sent pictures to show which repairs were needed. Within a few hours they took care of all my brakes, calipers, and let me know what to expect in the future for maintenance. Very competitive pricing, I called around many shops before bringing it in and was very satisfied with the price, although with the service I received I would happily pay more. Very fast, efficient and good quality service. It’s been 6-7 months since and I have not had a single issue 10/10 service, would definitely rate it higher if I could. I’ll be bringing my family’s cars here as well in the future. Thank you Car Fix!"
