"I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience and my ultimate purchase dealing with 20cModern, and Amanda! The time from the initial order placement until delivery was filled with prompt responses and a well packaged lamp that arrived as promised. I did incur a problem with the United States Postal Service, where I purchased a three day delivery to mail my payment. When I realized it had either been lost or stolen, Amanda was very understanding and kept my lamp on hold until I could issue a wire transfer. The check did ultimately get delivered, but almost two weeks late. So note to others, wire transfer your payment or use FedEx. The lamp arrived earlier than anticipated, was undamaged, and appears much nicer than the pictures! It was other customer reviews which led me to believe 20cModern can be trusted, and I’m very happy to report that I’m another extremely pleased customer of 20cModern.
