"Resident in 30224 building apt 245 they smoking crack,and the police is always called there,plus there two kids living with them. The apartment is so dirty. Brad owns it but Ralph McMorris lives there."
"A lot of people are confused and believe this is an apartment complex. It is not, it is a condominium. Each unit is owned by the co-owner. I grew up in this community having moved there in the late 90s. What was once a very nice community filled with neighbors who care about their home has since turned into a sad place to live due to too many landlords who rent to any and everyone. This place is overrun with renters who lack common sense and decency - they don't know or care about the rules of the condominium or society. There is a flagrant disregard to properly discarding garbage (believe it or not, throwing it anywhere is not how to dispose of trash!), folks could care less how their unit appears from the outside (curtains are inexpensive and if your blinds tear, replace them), they drive the wrong way despite countless postings (not to mention drive right over the lawn to save 10 steps to their damn door), let their kids tear up other peoples property, and overall make themselves menaces. I know a common concern is that the pool is closed - thank GOD! I cannot imagine the cesspool that would come from opening that thing up. Its very, very sad to see how downhill this place has gone."
"The association, although are those who volunteer, should give up their positions if they are not here to help their community. They do not answer during their hours of operation they specify, some lack basic customer skills and show up when it is convenient for them."
