"The application process was pretty simple, living in the condo was the best. Our air needed to be looked at and they had someone out within 24 hours, we had a problem with the water pressure and someone was out within 24 hours. The issue arise when it was time to exit. We moved out and have reached out to the management team & have failed to receive a response. Our only question is our security deposit, but we aren't getting any answers to our calls and text message. No one in the office knows what's going on. Just beware!"
"This company is very good. I rarely say great on a review, so this is high praise. RMO gets 5 stars because I have no complaints about them. I've had contact with Dave Meno, Brittany in the office, and Randy for maintenance. They all respond quickly and appropriately. We really like the house we rented. Our maintenance issues were a broken ice maker and a rotten deck board. Both were taken care of within a week."
