"If I could give no stars I would. This place is not a good place to live. First off they lied and said couldn’t give us a walk through before we moved in because the apartment wasn’t finished but they just didn’t want us to see how raggedy this building is. They have giant size rats running around the building at night and early in the morning. Also the maintenance guys are very lazy. They tell you a day they can fix something then never show up then when you complain to the office manager all they can say is I don’t know. The office manager doesn’t hold any of the staff accountable they’re just as lazy as the rest of the staff but will try to put on an act like they care. The security guards are thieves they steal items from you when you move in if left unattended. They don’t watch out for people cars because people cars constantly gets stolen or broken into in the parking lot. Also the hallways are very dirty with filthy carpet and has a very unpleasant smell. People constantly leave trash bags in the hallway because the garbage shoots are always full. I only been here 4 months and I’m ready to leave. Do not move here definitely not worth it for the price."

"Update as of 12/26/2023. Exterior lights are out and rats were crawling all over the premises outside. Went to visit my son and 2 rats ran across the entry way sidewalk! Right in front of me. Sat in my car with the lights only to several rats crawling around the perimeter of the building!!! This is disgusting. Contacted management who stated they are working to resolve the pest issues! This place is awful!!! Do not move here!! Doors are not secure... packages are stolen daily! This place is ghetto and poorly managed. Management needs to be replaced with qualified people! The lobby is a huge empty space not inviting at all. Doorbells do not work and people are always standing outside waiting to gain access. God forbid something happens to someone here they will be sued!!! Safety is important and this place needs to work on keeping residents safe!!! Start by securing all entry and access points!!!!! It’s a shame that this place does not value their residents or their safety!!! Do not move here!! It’s not safe!!"

"In my second rental year......Kim the leasing agent...absolutely love her! She's like family and will take care of whatever you need!!! Typical apartment environment....mixed crowd but overall good people. Updates are needed but you can tell they are working on things. No major concerns living here for me....I can only speak for myself!!"

"I didn't have a chance to view the apartment because it wasn't ready, but Kim in the leasing office was very sweet and fast! She communicated with me well. I chose another apartment due to size/price comparison, but this was definitely my second choice. The outside of these apartments are clean, look secure and quiet."

"Worst apartment complex I have ever lived in. My apartment is not what the model is. The whole place is suppose to be gutted and replaced from Floor to ceiling, wall to wall inch to inch. Not only it’s suppose to be a renovated unit, al so having issues with plumbing / bugs. Staff is very irresponsible and have done nothing to accommodate the situation. Look else where to live. Pics bellow are some of the things still going on 3 months later. The issues are endless, it’s been a headache from since day one. No one deserves to come to their home and deal with irresponsibility such as."
