"I moved here last minute, and it has been one of the worst experiences I have had while Living in an apartment complex. They have to continuously spray for roaches, and if they do not continuously spray for roaches, you will be infested. I have mold in my bathroom that won’t go away, and all maintenance does is spray mold killer on it, but not actually trying to find where the mold is coming from. The maintenance manager has a very nasty attitude. I’ve had a problem with my rental amount since November. I had to unfortunately resign my lease to live here and they had me in the system as living, month-to-month. This mishap on their part caused me to receive an eviction notice for not paying rent that I did not owe. They finally fixed the problem in January. But now they have valet living, picking up our trash. Which to me makes no sense because I am not even two minutes from the trash chute. I was told I can still use the trash chute on Fridays and Saturdays, so now I will be charged $25 for something I could do myself. Your neighbors are inconsiderate. They think they own the freaking washing machines and dryers and can leave their stuff in there all day and not take them out when they’re done. They then get mad when you take the stuff out cause you need a dryer. I have a paid parking space and I’ve had to write notes on cars telling them not to park in my parking space because they have one sign by the assigned parking so people really can’t see it. I’ve had three pairs of shoes, stolen from here because FedEx leaves stuff downstairs, and they no longer take packages ever since Covid. If you have any options, do not move here. It sucks."

"Don’t be fooled like most of us was . Never a resolution to any problem you may have with your unit you just have to wait to til they get around to it. They have a bug infestion , elevators break every week, heat barely works."

"The moment I moved in I could tell I would NOT be here another year. Starting with the security coming into the complex there is absolutely no protocol. They let anyone in with no questions asked. Most times the visitors side of the gate will be up and the tenant side will be down. When we first moved in we asked about extermination and they told us they come once every month which is a LIE. We received two notices that said they were coming and they NEVER did. The apartments themselves are disgusting in the hallways. You have people with tons of kids that just leave trash in the hallways because they really don’t even pay to live here, you live in the same building as people with no jobs and on section 8 and it shows. There were also weird bugs in our apartment when we moved in. The door to our apartment is always broken every other week and given security lets anyone in you are not safe here really. They had cameras with notes that say those aren’t even for our protection. Around December we had an incident where 1,000 dollars magically went missing from our rent which they added to ANOTHER PERSONS rent. We weren’t even informed until they put a false late notice on our door. And they had very low efforts to try and fix it. The women in the office have attitudes and you can hear it in their tone. They aren’t very bright either. Save yourself the trouble please."

"This place is a mess where do I begin. The leasing office never knows what's going on with your work orders that they supposedly are in charge of. If you have a leak and anything wrong in your apartment, it won't get fixed and you'll wait months to get it repaired correctly. Oh and let's not talk about how al 3 buildings are infested with roaches that they cannot get rid of. They have people living in their apartments that are nasty as heck and they won't evict them. If you can think of anything with an apartment that could be wrong it's The Heights Of Southfield. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE ITS NOT WORTH $1130.00 A MONTH HELL ITS NOT EVEN WORTH A PENNY . THIS IS A NASTY APARTMENT COMPLEX. I hate my people moved here. They really should be ashamed of this place."
