"If you want a realistic review — I will tell you all there is to know. The only reason I left two stars instead of one are for Alexxis, Angelo and Ursula. These three are what keep the property going. Angelo handles maintenance requests very quickly. Ursula is always cleaning (despite some of the nastiness these tenants leave) and Alexxis is so professional she should be a manager. I can always count on her to address things or handle any requests I have in a timely manner and get some type of result. Since we have lived here in August — our stay has been miserable for multiple reasons. I will update this review in the coming weeks to let you know all of the bad things that have been occurring including screaming kids in the wee hours of the morning, vomit and feces odor in the hallway , a unit riddled with gnats even though I have no food source etc. and what has been done about it. I’ve only lived here since August of 2023 please keep that in mind … UPDATE: LR has basically let me know they don’t care anything about what my family and I have been through at their hands. So I’m knocking off a star. I still feel the way i do about Alexxis, Ursula and Angelo— but this place is trash. We’ve paid on time every single month since we’ve been here and never caused any issues — but the entire time we were treated like we were the issue. An apology doesn’t fix anything and their so called “accommodation” doesn’t even begin to help. I would avoid this place if you could. I don’t believe in targeting anyone personally — but outside of the three employees— don’t trust anyone. The apartments may look nice — but if you ever have any issue outside of maintenance requests or anything outside of what Alexxis can handle — forget about it. You’ll have to basically stalk them and email incessantly."

"I’ve lived here for about 4 months so far. The first 2 months were okay. They gave me a unit the reeked of smoke though. They promised a cleaning but haven’t done it yet. The past 2 months have been filled with nights of loud blasting music too. Basically every single night. Do not live here if you can’t handle it. The overall apartment is fine. The location is a plus and the facilities are good. My experience has been subpar a best but I’m hopeful it will change."

He helped me out tremendously through a difficult situation and was a great and very responsive property manager. Very nice gym and the community is great.
