"I've lived at Colony Park for quite awhile. Once during my time with Colony I had to move and was very happy to return. They are a little pricey as are most apartments in South field. Keep in mind that you get what you pay for. Never a delay with maintenance/snow removal/lawn care. Being a single woman, I feel safe and secure. The manager Claudia is a wonderful person and very friendly. Her and I have a great relationship. I have no complaints at all. A wonderful place to call home. :)))) !!!!!"
"This is a nice clean apartment building. They alwaya keep their lawn looking nice. They apartments are nice and quiet."
"Fabulous location with gracious tenants. Ms Henderson has the greatest personality and is so hospitable. The grounds are well kept as is the on site pool. The clubhouse was being used for a family reunion and the location and amenities were awesome!!"
