Oak Ridge Apartments

"Worst place ever to live. Model apartment that I was shown and was told is identical to the apartment that I’d get was not true at all my bathroom half the size of what I have not to the same scale I measured myself. Says no pets at all on property but yet Denise, the office lady, is allowed to have a large breed canine. I asked if the camera system worked before moving in I was told yes it works then my $230 package was stolen then I called 3-4 times before I got a call back and was told the cameras are fake, so that was a lie. Was told little to no crime in this area, also false, my car was broken into twice within the first month of living here. Apartment was not clean at all, I cleaned all of it. Multiple electrical outlets did not work. Two months in the walls started to ooze yellow stuff down the wall which I cleaned myself. Everything about this place sucks don’t live here you don’t mean anything to these people they won’t take care of you they really only want you money. DO NOT LIVE HERE."

"Denise is a scam! I absolutely don’t like feeling rushed to sign a lease and that’s exactly what she made me do. Granite, I am an adult rise enough to make my own decisions but feeling pressured about a unit that was NOT worth it made my decision to move in a bit contradictory. Besides the spacious apartment (about 900square feet) there is NOTHING special about this place. No amenities, no pool, fitness center, no utilities are included. You’re paying for the location and square footage of the unit. In the hallways of the apartments they’re like water bugs all on the walls of the hallway, makes it scary to go inside your home. Then when it was time to move out I did not receive my security deposit back and have yet to hear from management (not Denise because every time I speak with her she can’t help)."

"Slumlords, The property manager is rude and uncooperative. They charge you a late fee even when you pay on time. No drop box for rent payments. They file eviction papers every other month even though they know that the case will be dismissed. Then they'll trying to charge you for their lawyers fees. Don't move here. Also the pool has not been available since I moved in. ZERO STARS"

"I live in these apartments about two years ago. Denise was really nice to me. I never had an issue with her. Maintenance always took care of problems I needed taken care of. The apartment was quiet for the most part. Only thing that needs to change is having a 3 day grace period for rent or having the option to pay online as well. Other then that the apartment was great to me."

"They say pets allowed on website. The office manager greeted me at the door showing me a no pets sign. Also she would not allow me in the office due to her large dog behind her. But no pets right??"
