"Kaftan took over, price gauged everything and don't fix anything. The complex is completely trashed and their goal from day one was to drive longstanding, good citizens of that community out and that's exactly what they're doing. The community was beautiful, grounds were kept and quiet until they took over. Nightmare company to deal with and the space is extremely tiny for what you'll pay. Good luck to anyone moving here, be prepared for hell."

"Currently truly disappointed with my experience I haven’t even lived in my unit for a month and have had countless issues from leaking basement pipes, black gunk/dirt coming from the water within the bath tub, air conditioning not working properly, oven that doesn’t reach temp, bee hive outside patio, I currently don’t have closet doors and have waited 2 weeks still nothing … the list can go on I’m sure I’m forgetting something. Staff has been friendly however the price for a rental here and all the issues I have experienced do not add up. Feeling extremely bamboozled my advice would be explore different options for the same price in the area. **Update** Kaftan also claims to offer 24hr emergency maintenance however I just experienced a leak/flooding within my basement on a Sunday at 5pm, contacted the emergency line and no one came out! Seriously please beware"
