"I'm the owner of a corporate housing company and they have not replied to me or given me any updates regarding 7 security deposits that they owe me on my 7 apartments. It has been 4 months since the end of the leases and they are still holding our money. They are ignoring my calls and keep pushing off emails for months. I am at the point where I am having to resort to legal action to resolve this. Very unfortunate it has come to this."

"ENOUGH IS ENOUGH. DO NOT MOVE IN THEIR APARTMENTS. 4th attempt to reach out and seek help for leaky windows. everytime management office opens a repair request and that is all. they keep saying "things are slow in the management site" SO BE QUICK. do I have to rush to my home everytime it rains? I will not tolerate anymore, DO SOMETHING. I cannot believe I refered a friend to move this company's apartment. MISTAKE. MISTAKE."

"Creating a monopoly like this in Southeast Michigan should be illegal, yet here we are. I shouldn't have to pay 50% of my net monthly income to live in a slapstick apartment with water damage and broken appliances, while Village Green has a luxurious SKYSCRAPER. I'd give negative stars if I could. These apartments were nice, with caring staff, before Village Green scooped them up into their soulless conglomerate. Now, all the good maintenance staff has either quit or been fired, and remaining staff is apathetic (I looked up what they're paid and can't even blame them for their apathy.) Landscaping and grounds are also apathetic and careless. Property manager has been changed three times, making me think that the employee burnout rate for this position is high. My apartment hasn't felt like home ever since Village Green took over."
