"Horrible management pool doesn’t work or the jacuzzi This management sucks every few months they have new staff that promise better quality service but it never happens THIS PLACE IS TRASH AND NEEDS AN UPDATE ON THEIR AMENITIES. Old refrigerators and stove kitchen and bathrooms are outdated PLEASE MOVE SOMEWHERE ELSE . They lie about everything"
"Overall the current management team (June 2023 - Present) is great! They are friendly and responsive. Management is beginning to make improvements to the community which has been long overdue by previous owners. There were a few hiccups with my move in (dirty apartment, several things needing to be fixed) but they have been great at getting the maintenance team or contract company over to check out the issues and fix them in a timely manner. Speaking of, the maintenance team is great as well! Super friendly and eager to help. With that being said, I would highly recommend this community!"
"Carnegie park is the worst and I mean absolute worst apartment I have stayed at the reviews are true!! they never answer the phone in the office like they so busy but the minute you go in there they not doing anything at all but siting around having conversations about nothing and if you call to much they block you from calling so you gotta call off a different number just to get through , they have a real bad bug problem , the pool or gate never worked the apartments is outdated as hell the toilets are low and shake when you sit down. The walls are veryyyyyy thin you would think people are in yo apartment with you oh and the whole time I was there they never fixed my sink in the kitchen that would Shoot water everywhere and would make my cabinet fill with water every time I turned it own Jena is that absolute worst ."
