"Horrible apartment that has now removed my review TWICE"

"To call this a luxury apartment is a complete joke. Don't even waste your time looking at the pictures of these apartments. They're not real. You would think that if you are paying this much in rent with ZERO amenities that the building/units would be amazing. They're not. I bet the 5 different property managers we went through in a year also thought this would be a great place. In the summer when walking in, you'll be hit with the smell of animal poo since one of the main places to put your doggie bags in is the outside trash next to the door - which hardly gets changed. Once you make it into the heat trap main entrance area you'll be flooded with bugs and dirt. After you key yourself in, your nose is assaulted by the smell of WEEKS old garbage as the dumpsters are right on the right side behind a door (which is also something you have to brace yourself for when going in to drop off recycling). Trash will go so long without being picked up that the trash chutes get backed up TO THE SECOND FLOOR. If your on the second or third floor, you'll make your way to the dirty elevator....but make sure you only have 3 people or less or YOU WILL GET STUCK...like we did for 2 hours. If you opt to take the stairs instead - watch out for the dog poop! You can tell management about it but...it'll stay. Finally, you get to your unit. Hopefully weren't sold on the 14 foot vaulted ceilings on the 3rd floor. Especially if they are wood. If you were, I'm sorry to say, you will get debris EVERYWHERE - food, drinks, floor, eyes..I mean everywhere. Which apparently isn't a health concern according to management. For us, thankfully move out day came and we couldn't wait to get out. We did email management to try and get out sooner but could not. We also asked if there were any move out instructions/check lists we needed to be aware of and were told by Sara Lawson (property manager at the time) "I do not have an official checklist for move outs at this time. As long as the apartment is clean and nothing is broken, you will be completely fine. We are aware of the ceiling issue, so I will definitely not be charging you for the issues that that has caused." Although we spent the weekend cleaning, somehow, we were told that the cleaners had to clean over us twice...so we were not given back half of our deposit. Which is also weird seeing as the day the say the cleaning happened was our last day there and we were there cleaning until around 10pm. We contacted Stacy Sommers (who took over for Sara) about this and sent pictures of the cleaning that was done and never heard back. We took pictures assuming this would happen as other residents had been saying how hurt the company was for money and how they were ready to keep people's deposits. The parking lot does not lie. At the time we moved out we (the residents that formed a group chat) counted 7 people (in total not units) that were still living there. We also all grouped together with multiple issues that were happening and affecting everyone to submit a complaint to the City - it got far enough for a City inspection but we were out by then. (which they clearly caught wind of as there was some work being done prior to the inspection) If you plan on moving here just be prepared."

"When I visit friends in this building, any talking or the most minimal noises in the hallway can be heard inside the apartments. So I imagine conversation INSIDE the apartments can be heard in the hallway. Otherwise, these apartments are quite spacious with an industrial type layout."
