"I wish I could choose zero stars. The most disgusting hotel I have ever seen. Definitely mislead by pictures and descriptions. Should have known to check yelp first. I booked through a 3rd party site. Checked in. Got to my room. It was so gross that I asked to check out/cancel within 5 minutes. They refused to refund my money. 3rd party company attempted to do so as well for about 5 days but nothing. So I paid for 5 minutes in a room with bugs, a filthy bathroom, used towels, smears of god knows what on the side tables. You've been warned."
"I recently stayed at the super 8 in Goshen, and I was very impressed with the overall experience. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the manager, Vic, is particularly outstanding. Vic made a point of introducing himself to me when I checked in, and he made sure that I had everything I needed. He was also very accommodating when I had a question about the hotel's amenities. Throughout my stay, Vic was always available to help with anything I needed. Overall, I had a wonderful stay at the super 8. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and convenient place to stay in Goshen. Special mention to Vic, the manager. He went above and beyond to make sure that I had a great stay."
"Traveling for work has us stopping here often. Prices are fair and staff very friendly. I wish the check-in process was a little quicker, but rooms are clean and never an issue with bugs. Rooms are adequate, although I prefer my own pillows. Breakfast includes juice, coffee, two types of cereal, and individual wrapped pastries. Pet friendly rooms are available, please clean up after your pets. A few (3) oversized load spots are available, but there are lots of transporters in the area."
"It was pretty good. Best hotel stay I've had in a long time. The hair dryer plug was broken and an electrical fire hazard but still worked. Luckily we had mind to bring our own hair dryer. And the front desk attendants were friendly and efficient. If it wasn't for the risky hair dryer situation I would rate this 5 stars. The housekeeping staff are also doing a great job because the room was clean and neat. Thank you."
