Quality Inn & Suites

"After staying at Quality Inn and Suites for 4 days I went down to the front desk to sign up for another day. Only this time they added $95.20 as a total exchange or transaction. I asked the front desk worker and he called their software company. Both the software company and the front desk worker said that this happens on occasion to cover any damages. I asked why it didn’t show up on my first nights stay. The software company said it would take 4 days to be returned to my banking account. So since this was known by the front desk worker I cancelled my last nights stay. The front desk worker said he canceled both transactions and would send me an email confirming both cancellations. It’s been 2 days and I still haven’t received a cancellation notice to my email or the cancellation cost of last nights reservation. I will be contacting the BBB!"

"We stayed at this hotel before and absolutely loved it .why we went back . So first off walked in smelled like weed second rooms was not all that clean .found a bed bug on the bed. Pool was ice cold no heater and poop in the hot tub yes I was livid. They never told us about the pool .Got our money refunded but will take seven days to get back .out whole purpose was to enjoy a night away and enjoy the pool thanks for nothing Quality inn and suites never ever will I stay there or refer that hotel to anyone others were leaving as well ."

"My girlfriend and I have stayed in this hotel several times, each time greeted by friendly faces. We've received great rates. The rooms are nice, clean, and the hallways quiet. Having worked in the hotel industry before, I definitely recommend this Quality Inn for a comfortable night's sleep! Thank you to the owners!"

These guys here are very helpful and always show their visitors stay is very important to them. The guys that run the hotel show enthusiasm in their jobs and are very helpful and knowledgeable for your any of your needs!"

"The reason for all the 5 stars is 1. This is an awesome establishment. The family that runs the hotel is nothing short of spectacular. They work very very hard. This is by far the best choice hotel I have stayed at. They cater to all of your needs and do it in a very friendly manner. The location is great too. Its central to walmart and a bunch of restaraunts and gas stations. This is one hundred percent your best bet for a friendly comfortable stay. Thank you guys for being awesome hosts at quality inn!"
