"AVOID. The owner Ed Vandenick called me a spic and refused to refund me for 3 reservations that were charged to my credit card. I am a loyal customer and they steal from loyal customers here because a couple hundred bucks is worth more than their reputation. These people are desperate for money and the employees live in the hotel so you have an entire floor full of loud children running around."

"Nice clean room and sheets. Great hot breakfast. Indoor pool, small gym, and computer and printer. It's great for the price. Elevator was in need of sweeping. Pool ph and whatever ele does get maintained daily. Overall it was quite nice. Will use them again."

"I have been trying to contact the GM of this location for weeks. I stayed for two weeks at the end of December 2023. There was black mold in my bathroom and cockroaches in my room. I was given the run around and was never given contact information or able to speak with the GM while I was there. I contacted Choice Hotels but you cannot further pursue a complaint until you check out. This hotel told me there is no mold and that they cleaned my room while my stuff was in there. I told them once again there is mold. The woman told me she cleaned the sink herself with a white rag and nothing came off. I told her mold cannot just be wiped away and that just spreads spores. She went to the room with me and I showed her what I was talking about. They then tried to give me a new room which also had mold. They told me somebody would come clean again while I was gone. When I came back they just put caulk where the mold was. I have photos and videos. I am also allergic to feathers and the pillows and blankets are all feather. When I asked for an alternative the same woman told me “we don’t have feathers” I told her that’s all they have. She then told me they have nothing else. Four days later a new lady was working and she gave me one poly filled pillow. Every day my eyes were swollen. My daughters and I got sick while staying. They are still refusing a refund and won’t respond to me at all. Their service is awful. They also don’t tell anybody the pool is down and has been for months. I didn’t have another option while I was in Goshen and ensuring that stay was horrible. DO NOT STAY HERE. I read reviews online before going but tried to give a benefit of a doubt. I sure wish I had listened!! The video of the caulk cover up will not load but here is the black mold!"

"Wasn't too bad. The room wasn't cleaned very well, the alarm clock made a clicking noise all night about every 3 minutes, and one of our neighbors yelled at each other down the hallway for 20 minutes at 2 am. Other than that, front desk service was great! And the coffee was good."

"My husband and I are Diamond members. We stay in hotels the better part of at least 100 nights per year. We would definitely consider this one of the best that we stay in, all things considered. From Amanda at the front desk to the wonderful lady who does breakfast. The room is always clean, the pool is always clean. Please don’t change a thing."
