"We stayed here for 1 night while in town visiting family for the holidays... the staff was friendly and the breakfast was GREAT! The reason for the 3 stars is because the structure of the rooms is low quality. We could hear ever step of the people above us. Also, the shower creeked at every step. My wife didn't sleep well due to the noise above us. It sounded like elephants walking back and forth. I slept through it. So if you are a heavy sleeper like me no problem."

"This hotel needs some major refurbishing and management training. We showed up around 1PM and we're informed we had to wait until 3PM to check-in. We were however shown a sample of a room that was ready to go that would be like ours. After a 2 hour wait, we returned and guess what room we were given? The room had an odor and had us constantly sneezing. Most likely due to previous animal guests. We couldn't hear several channels on the TV because it kept reverting to Spanish ."

"Stayed for 2 nights this past week in Room 308. Room key stopped working twice during my stay. And worst of all they assigned my room to someone else on the second night, another person literally walked into my room while I was in the bathroom. Booked to stay another hotel immediately. I would never stay here again. Also hotel is old and outdated."

"This hotel is a solid 3. They get away with being a 3 and not doing anything to improve things because there isn’t much competition in the area. If I could get in the door everyday, with a working key, I would have maybe given this a 4 star but I had to have my keys rekeyed about 5 times a day. We literally had a dozen keys and maybe one would open the outside door and one would open the room door but only after several trips back down to have them rekeyed. The breakfast is nice and hot. Very clean breakfast area. The gym was clean and the equipment worked perfectly. The hot tub was great but the pool was ice cold. The room was doable. Not good, not terrible. Just ok. The first room I was in the tub wouldn’t drain so they moved me to another room and that toilet had leaked all over the floor. When I tried to flush it to see if it worked, it didn’t flush bc all the water was on the floor. So I went back and got a third room and it was perfectly clean and everything worked. Unfortunately going through two disgusting rooms to get to one good one put a sour taste in my mouth. The staff … most of the men were great. The women were condescending and borderline rude. The breakfast attendant was friendly, polite and seemed to work at keeping things clean and filled non-stop. This hotel isn’t terrible. But it isn’t outstanding at anything either."
