"Beautiful contemporary styling in apartments. Great options with 1, 2, and 3 bedroom apartments, some offering an attached garage. A great location only minutes from Downtown Goshen, Goshen Hospital, Goshen High School and Goshen College. Quiet, safe neighborhood adjacent to Fiddler pond and to Elkhart County Fairgrounds. The apartments offer a complete suite of Whirlpool appliances including stove, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher and full size washer and driver. Residents have access to a 24 hour fitness center, pool, gas grills, playground and dog park. Finally, it is virtually maintenance free living with an efficient and knowledgeable maintenance team."
"I have lived here for the past year. I read reviews and I don't throw around compliments lightly. If I could rate Kim and the maintenance staff any higher I would. They are kind, friendly, professional and easy to talk to. The property is always kept in excellent shape. The interior of the apartments are very nice and I've not experienced any appliance or maintenance issues since I moved in. Park 33 is absolutely the best place to rent a home in Elkhart county, without compare."
"An extremely beautiful and fancy complex. The best apartments in the goshen/Elkhart area. Come in to the office where Kim or Libby will great you with the friendliest and most warmest attitude. Truly friendly office staff that cares about their residents and wants you to feel as welcomed as possible and a great friendly and energetic maintenance staff who are very fast knowledgeable and efficient. This complex has all the best luxuries. The pool is amazing in the summer time and they always have great events going on to bring the community together. It’s a great location for anyone single people, families, young couples, older couples, etc. The apartments are designed more like a mini townhouse or condo. The whole layout of the property is private and great for taking walks the apartments themselves are amazing. All modern utilities and design plus washers and dryers in the units. Also very pet friendly. I wouldn’t recommend any apartments in the area. This place is your best bet"
