"Delivering here is a nightmare bc the vast majority of all of their doors are not adequately marked with the address in a way that is readable from a car. I HATE having to deliver here and decline the orders often because of their design flaw."
"The maintenance here is awesome they come on time! Management needs professionalism classes! We got a letter Friday saying they won’t renew our lease! Honestly that’s fine but why not? I believe it’s because I wrote & email stating that kids shouldn’t walk their dogs without parent supervision. We been having racial & dog issues with one of our neighbors & instead of her trying to rectify the issues, she rather pin a note on our door early morning! So today I went up there to talk to the manager to see what was the reason & she said she didn’t have to by law! If it wasn’t the racial issue or the fact she believes a child can walk a dog without supervision why wouldn’t she tell me! So yeah, she needs help in that area big time!"
"Apartments themselves aren’t terrible. Management is my biggest issue here. I just ended my one year lease with them and bought a house. Now they are charging me $320 for painting the entire apartment. I am a diesel tech and come home sometimes with dirty hands. When I touch their walls it leaves prints on them since they are white. Apparently taking a rag and wiping off the walls is not an option and they must repaint the entire apartment because of it. I tried talking to them about it and the only thing I got back was that their pictures of my hand prints on the walls justify a $320 bill at my expense. And even though there was nothing wrong with the original paint on the walls they don’t consider it normal wear and tear. These apartments are only concerned with draining every penny from you possible."

"Excellent staff. The maintenance guys are on top of all their stuff. if i call about an issue, before i get home from work its already taken care of. Excellent place to live ."
