"My mom lived here for 3 years and had her dog with her for 3 years. When I lived with her we always had 2 pets. 3 years later they’re now terrorizing my mom over our 2 dogs. Stating only 1 dog is allowed and other crazy stuff. These apartments look like a homeless shelter where people come to stay to get on their feet. Definitely not worth the $850+ my mom pays a month. My dogs kennels look better than this place 100% don’t recommend. The neighbors make this place even worse it’s disgusting inside and out."

"Derelict furniture strewn throughout grounds, lots of litter blowing from their dumpsters into the nature center. Broken fences along creek. Swimming pool filled with black water. I don't know what it's like to live here, but it needs more care--lots more care. Why not put some benches for people to use so they don't put a bunch of dining room chairs in the lawn to rot?"

"Just moved out of there after being there for 7 months. The property manager is a b***h...... Decided they didn't want to accept my rent money and had us evicted . It's ghetto, people always fighting , running up and down the stairs like animals. Glad I'm out that place. I wouldn't even use my section8 for that place not worth it . Apartments are small."

"Currently living here unfortunately. The main front door into my building is broken so anyone can just walk in. It's been that way for more that two weeks. People frequently drive in at all hours of the night with very loud music and horns. There always seems to be some sort of domestic dispute going on with women screaming and children crying in some of the other apartments. There was also just a situation that happened where a police officer raced up and had to pull his gun out on someone. If you want to feel safe don't live here."

"Avoid!!! If the noise and irritating neighbors aren't enough to keep you away, the fact that the management is even worse should. I had to threaten these people with small claims court before they gave me back my security deposit almost three months late! The manager belittled and insulted me when I asked why he sent people into my apartment without permission. The parent company's (Lockwood) "open door policy" is a joke. It is literally impossible to speak to a real person if you call; you have to leave a voicemail and hope they get back to you. I sent them a formal letter of complaint with no acknowledgement or follow up on their part. I have moved since and learned my lesson."
