"These apartments are in a terrific location close to everything downtown. All utilities except internet/cable are included in the monthly rent, which makes paying bills easy. And the rent is incredibly affordable, especially in comparison to everything else in the area. The apartments are modern and unique with exposed brick, industrial pipes, and bamboo flooring. There are only two downsides. 1) The studio apartments face an alley, which is dark and can be loud from the businesses next door. 2) Parking downtown can be difficult, especially when carrying groceries or moving in/out. You will find this with most downtown apartments anyways. I have lived here for 2 years and plan to for the foreseeable future!"
