"One of my worst experiences place is a mess. They don’t respond to messages, Homeless people sleeping and relaxing outside are doors Blocking entrance to the building and garage. They haven’t fix anything in my apartment an over a year. Building is disgusting hallways and elevator always a mess and the Staff very unprofessional."
"Very hard to get in contact with, maintenance never wants to fix anything no matter how many work orders you put in they just mark it as complete and never actually fix it, maintenance says their backed up by a few months it’s been a year for some of my service request and still no one has come. Contact apartment managers via email, they’re never in office to answer phone, they don’t get back for weeks. Overall unsatisfied. Don’t waste your time moving here. The pictures don’t show how the apartment REALLY looks."
"Live downtown GR is reasonable for first apartment. The location is what you should consider , being that you are downtown and if you have children. They have a roach issue but that can depend on the others around you. You have an extra living expense which is parking on the street . Nice location if you like to party ! Otherwise weekends be come overstimulating. There are a lot of younger individuals that don't care for their own property that resides within LDGR ."
"I've been living in one of their apartments for 15 months now and feel very fortunate to be! The building is new, clean, up to date and affordable. It makes living in downtown a dream. The staff has always been very helpful and quick to respond to any of our needs and questions. The on-site parking at our location is very helpful especially because street parking is limited. The buildings are well kept, landscaping is done in the warmer months and they plow and shovel our parking lot and sidewalks right away. No complaints!"
