"This place is horrible. Rent high and not worth it. It takes them weeks/months to come fix anything. Office NEVER answers the phone."
"Been living here for 3 years now , really not worth the price everything plus outdated & old .. buzzer at main entrance doesn’t work , hallways are always dirty with trash . Walls need to be painted just not a good look for guest to walk into ! There is no where to park/ not enough carports . Overall just don’t move here for long term purpose ! They only offer a certain internet company which pricey and a lot of people probably can’t afford ! In my building packages are always getting stolen .. honestly just making it through the year till it’s time to move !"
"They won't leave me alone! I applied to their place while I'm living in Lansing, MI and I had to send the $35 application fee to their office by mail. They won't work with me as I need a subsidized apartment which they are not. So multiple times a month I'll get a phone call saying "I need you to come here and take your application fee back". When I have no way of doing that. They know this, I've told them multiple times. But they still want me to come get the $35 I'd need to use for gas just to get home again. I wish they would stop bothering me but instead the manager continues to pester me."
"Maintenance fellas are always friendly and they fix things within a day or two after putting in a request. Some of the neighbors suck, but no one really bothers you which is nice. Love my apartment with a washer, dryer, closet space, dishwasher, and it's big. But best of all, Jenny is THE BEST landlady I have ever had in my years of renting. She is amazing, so easy to work with, actually cares about her renters and their wellbeing, and is fun to work with. She's excellent."
"Lived there a year. Woke up one day with the maintenance/ant spray guy just standing in my room. Maintaince requests were never fixed either."
