"While this complex is well run, it is part of a Real Estate Investment Trust that targets young people just starting out and senior citizens on a fixed income. Their policies are inflexible to both employees and tenants. In our case, we chose a $500 non-refundable deposit because we have a dog. When our lease came to an end we let them know we needed two additional months. Their policy is to charge tenants $500 in addition to the monthly rent for each month overstayed. This policy was never revealed to us as we signed a very long single-spaced lease. We have refused to pay the $1000 penalty and the corporation has posted this on our credit report. We are 76 yrs old living off only our Social Security Benefits. $1000 might as well be $10,000. We tried to negotiate with them before we moved and we even paid the renewal rate increase. Plus we have been charged an additional $310 for what? We have no idea."
"I would highly recommend living in springbrook flats to anybody considering it! The location is great and the staff is super friendly and helpful. When I moved in my washing machine didn’t work so I have been in regular contact with Abigail the manager and Jim the maintenance man who worked diligently and quickly to get everything fixed. Many of the units are ground level with no neighbors above or below which I think is the biggest plus and is unique for the area. 10/10 would recommend"
"This apartment is the absolute best. The pricing is more than fair, the manager was a dream to work with, and maintenance requests are handled next day/within the week. The community is really great and the surrounding area has parks, hiking, plenty of great food, and a variety of shopping options."
"My husband and I have lived in Springbrook Flats for about a year and half in two different apartments. Moved from a one bedroom to a two bedroom to make space for our newborn. We’ve loved the accommodations and community! We appreciate the staff and their prompt responses. We like the community and what the apartment has to offer. We’d recommend this complex to anyone looking for a new space to call home!"
