"My window was broken March 2023, I moved out in August 2023 and they still hadn't fixed my window. It was snowing, freezing rain out and the whole front window was missing making it an unsafe freezing environment for my children. Someone was murdered in apartment 202 in 2023 and they refused to clean up the HIV+ blood and murder scene until the wife moved out and they found a new tenant, if you lift the carpet up there is multiple untreated blood stains. Someone vandalized my door in 2020, they refused to repaint the door and I moved in 2023. The electrical breaker box was sparking in 2020 in my apartment making weird noises and they refused to send an electrician out until it was so unsafe the electrician was worried for my families safety in 2021. There was drive by shootings every month in the surrounding area. Packages got stolen regularly in this complex. Once we were unable to enter the street due to a raid on the apartments. NEVER TAKE ANYTHING FROM THESE APARTMENTS. the office once told me to stay away from the dumpster. This place is known for BedBugs and Roaches !"
"Absolute disgusting place to live, MOLD, mildew, roaches, plumbing & water pipe issues, there is little to no Maintenance done to the property. It’s cheap & a place to live but they are absolutely disgusting & charge an insane amount of rent for a low budget inhabitable environment."
"The management is excellent here, I'm 75% handicapped the manager Lisa and maintenance Ryan is extremely helpful to me. Also the manager Lisa it's the grounds very clean."

"cockroaches ants spiders apt filthy thot clean noisy no screens on windows, doors 9 mos 2 fix tub not fixed still. Floor fridge.should have told me @cockroaches would never have moved in."
