"Since moving into Icon in June 2022, it has exceeded all of my very high expectations. From the spacious two bedroom apartment's layout, amazing natural light, how well it is built as I do not hear my neighbors while in my apartment at all, the phenomenal maintenance crew, the upkeep, the residents, their fur babies and management (Mary is the consummate professional in management - knowledgeable, responsive and Hayman and residents are very fortunate to have her). Selling my condo and moving here, I thought I would feel let down. I was actually surprised that the opposite is true. I have been to several apartment complexes and nothing compares to Icon. It is simply the best."

"I love this building! From the start Erin, a leasing consultant for Icon on Bond and 601 Bond, was wonderful in helping me attain my desired unit. She replied to all my emails immediately and worked with me throughout the whole application process. I got my dream apartment because of her help and effort! :) Icon on Bond is an honest gem in DTGR, it has 9 floors, spacious units, very clean and new appliances, and perfect condition floors and walls. I could not be happier with my apartment and the building. The office is open for you to walk in with any problem or question you might have, the indoor and heated garage is superb and the staff is so friendly and always willing to help. The maintenance staff is also wonderful, they take care of any problems I have right away. I’m a medical student at MSU College of Human Medicine and this building is only a 10 minute walk to Secchia Center (our campus). This was my first time living away from my family and I was helped by the Icon on Bond staff whenever I needed. They also leave treats in the lobby for residents and have occasional grills for the whole building. All in all, I would highly recommend this building to anyone who wants to live in DTGR!"

"The building is safe, well maintained and in a great location. The underground heated garage is one of the few in the area and worth every penny. The leasing office staff is very nice and the maintenance staff members are fabulous: kind, attentive, thorough and efficient. The shared areas are clean, quite and the new outdoor patio is really pretty and inviting. The small gym and recently redecorated community room is terrific. I moved here from out of state and I can't imagine moving to any other building in Grand Rapids.
