"I lived here for almost a year. I technically moved with my newly wed wife before the end of my lease. This is a very simple place. That was what I wanted at the time, and that's what I got. They will not solve your problems if you bring your own to the apartment, but they will be honest and straight forward if you ask them questions. Pay your rent on time, and you shouldn't have any issues with them. And like everywhere else in Greater Grand Rapids, rent is going up."
"I happen to be a resident of 6 years,and up until now ,I've no complaints.I came home to find a letter,saying that my rent was going up $85.00 .Very disturbing,I am on a fixed income& this not come at good time & I've had a rent increase like this as long as I've been here What gives ?"

"I do not recommend this place !! they love to fine people for anything but takes weeks to get something fixed from your apartment. Only one maintence guy for the whole complex is ridiculous and frustrating !! NEED NEW MANAGEMENT and more MAINTENANCE WORKERS!!"
