"I’ve called Clearpoint Valley home for almost three years now and the staff in the office, along with maintenance have been amazing! Whenever we needed anything from maintenance it was handled quickly and professionally. So many wonderful memories created here and my favorite of all was getting married at the Clubhouse in February of 2019. If you are looking for a big money saver and want a smaller wedding, it’s the perfect place and photographs very well! The only reason we are leaving is because of purchasing our first house! (Yay!) To anyone considering moving here, look no further! We moved here from out of state and had to go based off the 3D walk through, which is spot on! For anyone that likes to be active, the sidewalk that goes down 43rd and around Eastcastle is great for getting some outdoor exercise - I’ve always felt safe. Just remember, with renting you are going to have some residents that may not always be the most respectful of your peace and quiet. You can absolutely let the office know and they will take care of it quickly. Hope this is helpful - we definitely will miss this place!"

"My husband and I have lived here for almost a year and I don’t have any complaints about the property or our townhouse. We’ve really enjoyed and continue to enjoy our stay at Clearpoint. Our townhouse was new with updated appliances and flooring when we moved in, we haven’t had to make any maintenance requests thus far and it’s been peaceful living here. The grounds are kept cut and clean and there’s lots of nearby shopping and entertainment. The only possible complaint I could come up with is sometimes you’re able to hear the neighbors next door, but this isn’t a big enough issue to bring to anyone’s attention. Lots of space in our unit, a bang for your buck!"
