"Nice area neighborhood, the apartments are spacious and perfect especially for someone's first place. The application process was extremely easy and the women in the office are very nice and will work with you as long as you keep your communication open, they are decently priced as well. Maintenance is quick about repairs. 10/10 would recommend."

"I have lived here for only a month but I love it. I had a few minor hiccups with the apartment when I first moved and management made sure that within that same week maintenance came out to fix everything. It is a nice, quiet and diverse neighborhood. Love love love living her so far."

"I've lived here four years now, and am very content. I find the rent reasonable, the apartment comfortable, neighbors friendly and/or quiet, and maintenance is usually good about keeping things in running order. Is it perfect? No. :) Some kitchen drawers and closet doors rattle a bit, and I had to buy myself a dehumidifier to keep the moisture under control in the summer. I had someone go through my car one night when I forgot to lock it (other neighbors shared similar experiences). I've never felt in danger in my apartment, though. Be friendly with the leasing office staff and they'll be friendly with you and want to help solve any problems! Pros: I live on the first floor, so the mail boxes and laundry are really close. Heat and water included in rent. Big walk in closet. Good fridge and stove. Friendly neighbors OR neighbors who mind their own business! In my opinion, the rent is fair. Cons: It's hard to regulate the apartment's temperature and humidity. Mine gets really hot in the winter but stays pleasant all summer. Upstairs gets hot all year round. It's hard to move big furniture in! Some units don't have outgoing mail by their mailboxes, and you have to walk across the parking lot to find an outgoing mailbox. Someone told me just to stick outgoing mail in the side of the mailboxes, but with important mail, I wasn't comfortable with it. Took me a couple years of dropping mail at the post office before I found the outgoing mail. Keep your car locked!"

"Just lost 50% of my deposit fee for fees they “found.” Almost $200 for a minor carpet tear, a $90 fee amongst other things. When I put in a maintenance request, they would take at least 2 weeks to fix the problem. I would have to literally call and ask the front office to send somebody asap. They have cheap paint so goodluck with soot damage. The office is truly unprofessional and fake when it comes to honesty and integrity. The prices just go higher every year. Low quality service, they really honestly don’t care. I have read the other reviews now and it all makes sense, I’m sure the “owner” will comment but won’t make a difference or guarantee a thing. I could go on and on, but do not move here."
