Ridges of Cascade

"Ridges of Cascade is a top notch complex. We have only been living here one month but have been quite impressed with how responsive and helpful the staff is. The location is ideal being close to a lot of things, but also being tucked away so it feels residential. The apartment itself has been well taken care of and the finishes are better than your standard finishes. We would highly recommend checking them out! You won’t be disappointed."

"There's not a single negative thing to say about Ridges of Cascade. I lived there for a year in the 1 bed/1 bath Whitney style unit and had nothing but positive experiences. Nicole does an amazing job and is very quick to address any questions or issues. I always appreciated the fact that even though it's a large property, she knows residents by name. The neighborhood is very well maintained, and there is ample guest parking. The garages are quite large, however it's unlikely you'll fit 2 cars front to back unless they're small sedans. I didn't find this to be an issue though since you also have a 'driveway' pad in front of the garage, and I actually preferred having the extra storage space downstairs. All of my neighbors were quite friendly, and would often hold packages left at my door if I was away, or would offer to take any garbage up to the dumpsters. I felt that it was a safe community; there were never any break-ins or packages stolen. Apartment noise was almost nonexistent. I can't remember a time when I heard a neighbor while inside my apartment. The only exception is that you can partially hear someone's garage door if it's beneath your unit. My apartment was one of the closer apartments to the highway, and you couldn't hear it from inside unless there was a truck hitting the rumble strips. The community is about 1 mile from Runway 17 at the airport, so you'll hear larger jets occasionally if you're home during the day. The location is convenient being so close to Meijer, D&W, Starbucks, Target, and all of the other stores and restaurants on 28th St. It's also right around the corner from Cascade Township Park, but Charlevoix Dr is a quiet street if you enjoy walking/jogging. I'd move back to Ridges of Cascade in a heartbeat if I came back to GR!"

The office and maintenance teams are so friendly and on top of it - the move in process was one of the easiest we’ve ever experienced, and any maintenance request we’ve had was handled very quickly. Our apartment and the grounds/facilities here are beautiful and very well maintained as well!"

"We have lived here since the summer of 2019 and absolutely love it! The ridges of cascade have plenty of amenities and that was really important to us when we were looking for a place to live. The pool is gorgeous and the gym is always clean, plus there is a doggy spa for pups! Everyone in the leasing office/maintenance team are always very friendly and helpful. Nicole in the leasing office is outstanding and extremely helpful! We love her! She always goes above and beyond for us and we are so thankful. We have loved living here and would recommend to anyone. The great location is just a bonus!"
