"Been here for a few months now. This is a great tucked back location most don't know is here. Staff is friendly and nice. Squirrels will come eat out of your hand on the deck. Garage is somewhat small, but there's more room than it seems. Only issues so far is apparently people don't understand you can't dump half your apartment, including furnature, in the dumpster when moving."
"We just renewed our lease for a third year. Clean grounds, friendly and helpful staff, and safe community. Most inexpensive rent we could find and rent increases each year have been reasonable. I've heard complaints from other residence about how the staff can be stick about policies, but the policies are justified for the better of the comminity; my family gladly complies. We love living here."
