"We love coming home to Studio Park! There are so many things you don’t think about that are wonderful. Sunday football and movies played on the big screen in the piazza. Tall ceilings making the rooms seem even bigger. The smell of popcorn filling the air as you walk to your apartment. Tons of storage in the closets. Beautiful finishes inside and out. Happy to be home!"

"I have called this place my home for almost 2 years, and it has its ups and downs. However, the pros definitely out way the cons. Pro: - You are literally right downtown. There are numerous bars within waking distance from this location. Even better, there's 4 bars literally within this building. So you do not even need to leave the block if you don't want too. - You can walk to the Van Andel Arena. Goodbye parking fees, and event stress! This is such a hidden perk, and it's awesome being able to avoid the traffic during hockey games, concerts, etc. - During nice weather, there's movies that play on the big screen outside. It's always lovely to see what they choose to play during the day. - You have easy access to both 131 and 96 highways. - Since some of these lofts are connected to the Celebration Studio, certain floors smell like popcorn. It's amazing! - The apartments are updated, and if there are any issues the maintenance team are always there to help out. Brad and Patrick are amazing! - Once you move in, the leasing office is literally a phone call away. Even if there is a problem that may take a while to resolve, they don't dismiss it. They try their hardest to resolve problems right away. If they can't they do their best to make sure you feel heard, and listened too. - There are so many different outlets attached to these apartments! Starbucks is literally right around the corner, The Arts Marketplace is a great spot to pick up last minute gifts, and with Caribbean Bite and Leo's being on the main level it's an easy spot to pick up last minute dinner/lunch/breakfast! Con: - Parking is tight on Mondays - Friday from 8:00am to 5:30pm because of near by offices. If you have any guests coming over, definitely have them come after that time block. - Construction has been a bit noisy, but that comes with the territory of an addition being built. However, rumor has it that it's going to be worthwhile for the residents at the lofts. - There are moments when you can hear neighbors above you (or below)...but that's the price of living in apartments. :) Overall, these apartments are worth it. They are so convenient in every way. I highly recommend these if you are, or have been, looking for an excuse to live downtown."

"I've been in a studio plus at Studio Park Lofts for a couple of months now and I am so happy to be here! The location is incredible, right by the highway for easy access for trips outside of the city and within walking distance of so much of the amazing things Grand Rapids has to offer! Everyone I've met so far is very friendly and kind and when I needed some help with a couple of maintenance issues and with hanging curtains I was surprised by how quickly the staff connected with me and worked to address things right away. The apartment itself is beautiful and very modern. I would recommend Studio Park to anyone looking to live in a beautiful space right in the middle of where a lot of fun is happening."

"My husband and I live in a 1 bed unit with a Terrance and absolutely love every bit of the experience. Emilee, our leasing advisor took the time to help us review our options, time to tour any units available, had informational conversations with us and always followed up on anything we needed! We couldn’t recommend anyone else with the experience provided. Shout out to Emilee! We are grateful ♥️"

"Studio Park Lofts has been a lovely place to live (moved in July 2021) with great responsiveness from the building staff! Especially with surprise treats throughout the year! Maintenance responds very quickly when you need anything and they notify you well in advance if they will be changing filters or following up with a request. My favorite aspect is the covered parking (though it is an extra fee) especially when it snows! The area downtown is very close to fun places to eat and nightlife. Beware, it is loud, but the comes with living anywhere downtown! I greatly enjoy living here and the new apartment floor plans!"
