"I have always enjoyed living here, the rent is responsible, there are no special amenities so I feel the rent is fair as of right now. I hopefully will be able to stay here, I hope things don’t change very much for the residents that live here. There are a lot of us that are long time residents that like it here (15 plus years for me) and a fair amount of retired people on fixed incomes. Trying not to be skeptical."
"Nothing but praise for this place. Sandy in the front office is wonderful and will help you in any way she can. It is very quiet almost always, and the prices are the best I've found in the Grand Rapids metro area. Also close to Rivertown mall and 15 minutes from downtown. No pets are allowed, which wasn't an issue for me, but just something to be aware of."
